And fortunately for you, I am going to tell you right now what those Common Mistakes are, and more importantly Some of the most dramatic methods involve fasting and juice cleanses. You need to drink a minimum of glasses and up to 12 each day. Do not mix the lemonade in advance. You must drink it within 10 minutes.

My Results While on the fast, I was amazed how much energy I had. And I almost never actually felt hungry. There were times I wanted to eat something, but as long as I drank cups of the lemonade per day, I felt almost no actual hunger at all! No dizziness or weakness either, which I have had with fasting before.

On day 6, I had the craziest day. I had been cutting back on running that week, because I was a little nervous about going full force while I got used to the fast. But on day 6 I decided to do my full long run of over 7 miles.

I started at my average pace for long runs of 12 minute miles. After the first mile, I realized that I was feeling pretty good. So I pushed myself a little. I got faster every mile, and ended up with an average pace of per mile. Not only that, for years I have gotten a migraine after every run where I have pushed myself by running in the heat, or running hard. I did both of those these things, so I was worried I would end up with a migraine. No pain! I was totally amazed.

I was actually pretty shocked. Plus, I stopped having headaches, blurry vision, or post-run migraines. Major victory! My thinking seemed clearer, too. And my teeth seemed whiter. Also, after the first week I got really serious about prayer and Bible reading. That has been awesome! Some of the downfalls for me were the initial headaches on day 1 and 2, not being able to eat after my long run, occasional tooth sensitivity that went away when I started rinsing with a mouthful of water after the lemonade , the laxative tea kicking in for an hour or so in the middle of every night, and I seemed to have a very short fuse with my kids.

Overall, I had a great experience with great results, and I plan to make The Master Cleanse Fast a regular part of my spiritual and physical health. I am actually continuing through the month, just eating on weekends and fasting Monday — Friday.

If you are feeling great at the end of the 10 day fast and would like to continue, you can extend the fast to 30 or 40 days. There was even a women who continued for over a year with great results. But I do plan to complete the fast 4x per year, as is recommended for health. Plus, that gives me 40 days of fasting per year, which is a very Biblical number!
